Lansdown Place was originally built between 1829 and 1834 as a large family home and was subdivided into apartments after the Second World War.
In 2022, 15 Lansdown Place was compreheisvely refurbished as 8 flats. Regency features of the original building such as: triple aspect front windows, marble fireplaces and cornicing were restored.
Alongside traditional Georgian features, the flats were resdesigned and updated to a luxury specification.
Haäker kitchens designed by Voga Kitchens and Amtico Herringbone flooring were used throughout. The rear courtyard was rebuilt and new windows created livable space out of previosuly unused areas.
We acquired the property in a state of disrepair and 4 of the flats were unhabitable. Thorough repairs were required to many elements of the property including: restoration of 28 sash windows, installation of a new roof and replacement railings and metalwork.
