Polefield Gardens

Polefield House, Cheltenham was built in the 1850s and apparently had the largest private ballroom in Cheltenham at the time. The grand house was divided into flats in the 1950s and five houses were built in the grounds. We demolished one of the five to create the site. The development was given a Civic Green Building Award by Cheltenham Borough Council in 2017.
